Yo-Yo Scheme Hits Car Buyers in Maryland

Many Maryland car buyers are finding themselves being called back to the dealer after they have taken their new automobile home. Maryland News Connection Reporter Allison Burns reports it is part of a scheme that imposes higher interests fro the buyer.
