The 15 year old student who alleges she was sexually assaulted by 18 year old Jocori Scarborough at Parkside High this year in Salisbury took the stand yesterday.
Shaking visibly, she took long pauses before answering some of the questions often using her hand to cover her face.
The young woman attends Wicomico High School but was taking classes at Parkside High.
She testified that Scarborough raped her in an area between two sets of double doors at the school.
The Salisbury Daily Times reports that she said in court Scarborough told her that she was going to have his baby.
Scarborough did not take the stand and both sides rested.
The jury will hear closing arguments today.
