BALTIMORE (AP) - The U.S. Conference of Mayors is scheduled to hold a leadership meeting in Baltimore at the end of the week.

While most of the meeting is closed to the public, participating mayors are scheduled to hold a news conference on Saturday about the agenda they want to put before the 2016 presidential candidates.

About 40 mayors from around the country are scheduled to attend.

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is the president of the organization. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is scheduled to attend and take part in the news conference.

Rawlings-Blake has announced that she will not seek re-election.
