A graduate from Salisbury University just picked up a cool $100-thousand.
Daquan Mincy got the cash when he went to see a taping of the television show ”Ellen”.
He was chosen from the audience by comedians Amy Poehler and Will Ferrell.
The Salisbury Daily Times reports that Mency said the experience was crazy sending him to jump with joy.
And, his student loan debt of $50-thousand can now be a thing of the past.
Mincy will receive his Masters Degree this month.
He is the first in his family to get to go to college.
