OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) - Seven people have been rescued after a pontoon boat caught fire in the commercial harbor in Ocean City.

Maryland Natural Resources Police spokeswoman Candy Thompson says the 22-foot boat's engine burst into flames Monday afternoon.

Another boater nearby saw the flames and pulled all seven people onto his boat just before the pontoon burned completely.

Thomson says no one was hurt in the incident, but the pontoon was destroyed.
