There are plans to solve the problems surrounding the dangerous intersection of Delaware Routes 10 and 15 in Kent County.
The Delaware Department of Transportation held a hearing yesterday in Dover on a proposal to establish a roundabout in its place.
WBOC reports that the Delaware State Police say 17 accidents have occurred at the intersection over the last two and half years.
There have been previous efforts to make the intersection safer including a sign, stripe improvements and lights.
