There will be a presentation for body cameras that will be worn by the Salisbury police.

Mayor Jim Ireton and Police Chief Barbara Duncan announced plans for the presentation that will take place at the monthly Mayor’s Neighborhood Roundtable tonight at 6 p.m. at the Government Office Building.

The presentation will range from the history of body cameras and sample videos to concerns about them, police considerations and their limitations.

The city is planning to spend around a $140-thousand on the initiative.
