Plans for Better Customer Service in MD State Government

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Gov. Larry Hogan will be outlining plans to improve customer service in state government.

Hogan has scheduled a news conference for Thursday afternoon to talk about the plans.

The announcement will include some state employees who have demonstrated outstanding service in their jobs to help state residents.

After the news conference, Hogan is scheduled to deliver remarks at the 2016 National Homebrewers Conference in Baltimore.
