Facebook

The famed DeVage’s Subs and Donuts eatery in Salisbury is losing its long time owners.

Craig and Dee DeVage retired on Wednesday and said that they appreciate the public support over the last 20 years.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that they reassured customers that the restaurant would continue its family-run tradition with the new owners.

It is not clear who will be taking over the restaurant.

According to Daily Times archives the couple operated DeVage’s Subs different locations with another site on East Main Street in the 1970s and one on West College Avenue in 1998.

It got its current location in 2004.
