No Memory of Sexual Assault, Says Alleged Victim in Naval Academy Case

U.S. Naval Academy Website

WASHINGTON (AP) - A woman who is accusing three fellow Naval Academy midshipmen of sexually assaulting her at an off-campus party has testified that she doesn't remember the alleged attack but that rumors spread quickly that she had sex with six to nine people.

The senior testified for more than two hours Wednesday at the Washington Navy Yard at a hearing that will determine if the three former football players will face court-martial.

She testified that the assault happened at a place known in Annapolis as the football house because of its association with players on the team.

She says she doesn't recall the sexual encounters at the April 2012 party with the three students who have been charged. She says she woke up after a night of drinking with a sore back.
