The New Crisfield Library Goes Up

creative commons

There’s a new library coming to Crisfield.

Residents can now see the steel frame rising up from the ground with work crews on site.

It’s located at 100 Collins Street.

The library will all be on one level with a number of computers for the public including a couple for teens.

In addition, there will be early literacy and after-school Edge learning stations for children.

One highlight will be a 3-D printer for the public to use.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that the new library will spread out across 12,400 square feet in contrast to the current facility that only has 32-hundred square feet.
