Salisbury, MD – Maryland's first congressional district is coming down to the wire, with public opinion polls showing a close race between Republican Andy Harris and Democrat Frank Kratovil. With the defeat of incumbent Republican congressman Wayne Gilchrest, Democrats are hoping they can pick up the seat in a Democratic year.
