An owl is on the loose.
And the Salisbury Zoo is determined to find it.
The rare bird escaped when a massive Maple Tree fell last Friday morning at the facility.
Brinkley Rayne with the zoo told WBOC that the bird is fully capable of flying and can go anywhere she wants.
There was an attempt to lure the owl back but that failed.
