In Delaware voter turnout was light to moderate this morning as residents lined up to cast their ballots in the state’s primaries.
There were reports that balloting was stronger in Wilmington where voters are deciding on who will fill the Mayor’s job as well as most of the city council seats.
Barbara Lippincott, election unit manager with the state, told the Wilmington News Journal that there have been reports of some voters showing up at the wrong polling place due to redistricting.
But she added no votes were lost.
