One of them, Secretary of Juvenile Services Sam Abed, will continue in the post he was appointed to by Hogan's predecessor, Gov. Martin O'Malley.

On Wednesday, Hogan named Delegate Kelly Schulz to be secretary of the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.

Hogan named Jim Fielder, Bel Air Town administrator, to be appointments secretary, and Gail Bassette, president of a management consulting company, to be Secretary of the Department of General Services.

Hogan, a Republican, takes office on Jan. 21.
