The governing board approved the hike to deal with a $1.2 million budget shortfall.
The Salisbury Daily Times reports that homeowners will see a $30 jump over last year.
The biggest financial drain has been the yacht club which produced $541-thousand in red ink for the first nine months of last year.
In addition to the fee hike the paper also reports that there will be cuts in the new $11.4 million budget.
