DOVER, Del. (AP) - The Delaware State Police say troopers are investigating after a teenager was shot in Dover.

Troopers say they were called Tuesday around 1 a.m. to the 200 block of South Governors Avenue. Troopers who arrived on scene found a 19-year-old male victim who had been shot twice in his torso. The teen was taken to a hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Troopers say several houses in the area sustained damage from the gunfire but there were no other reports of injuries.

The teen who was shot told detectives the suspects are two men dressed all in black. An investigation is ongoing.
