George Pastrana has become the new president and chief operating officer of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery.
Pastrana spent six years as chief marketing officer at ACH Food Companies.
The Salisbury Daily Times reports that he said the “off-center culture” attracted him to the job.
Pastrana who is from Illinois said he comes out of the food industry and loves discovering new dishes.
