Even as Delawareans dust themselves off after another snow storm the National Weather Service is predicting a bigger snow threat this weekend.

AccuWeather meteorologist Alan Reppert told the Wilmington News Journal that it it could be the worst this winter combining two storms coming in from the Midwest and another from the Southeast.

The National Weather Service says it is still too early to predict the amount of accumulation for this weekend.

This morning Delaware state police are warning drivers to beware of slippery road conditions today especially at intersections, bridges, overpasses and on-and-off ramps.

Meanwhile, Delmarva Power reported more than 13-thousand customers were without electric service with less than half in New Castle County.

The rest were located in Harford and Cecil counties in Maryland.

School districts also announced delays including Appoquinimink, Brandykwine, Christina, Colonial, Red Clay as well as Elizabeth High and New Castle County Vo-Tech.
