Delaware Unveils Health Care Plans Under Obamacare

Delaware released its menu of 19 health care plans and four levels of coverage that range in price from $193 a month for an individual basic plan to $329 for an individual platinum plan.

State officials say there are around 90-thousand residents in Delaware who do not have health insurance and thousand more who are under-insured.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that 35-thosuand of them will be eligible to buy in the Health Insurance Exchange that will open next month.

Open enrollment begins October 1st and runs through March 2014 for coverage next year.

Those on Medicaid and Medicare will remain in those programs.
