WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Rep. John Carney has launched a website to help Delaware residents find their way through the college financial aid process.
The site, launched on Wednesday, will provide information on scholarships, grants and loans and ways to save for higher education.
Carney, a Democrat, said that the cost of college is rising at an unsustainable rate.
