Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden has joined 39 of his counterparts in calling on the Food and Drug Administration to crack down on the marketing and sale of electronic cigarettes.
They want the FDA to restrict advertising of the e-cigarettes and to ban the sale of the battery-operated devices to minors through the Tobacco Control Act.
E-cigarettes are battery-operated products that heat liquid nicotine and other chemicals into a vapor that is then inhaled.
