Christine O'Donnell Takes Stand In Lawsuit Over Debt

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Former Delaware Republican Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell is expected to testify in her court battle with a lawyer who says he's owed more than $20,000 for work on her Senate campaigns.

O'Donnell will take the stand on Tuesday, a day after Jonathan Moseley testified about various attempts to collect money from O'Donnell. Moseley said on Monday that the work he did for O'Donnell ranged from temporarily acting as her campaign manager and treasurer in 2008, to developing responses for allegations in 2010 that she had misused campaign finances.

O'Donnell has denied that Moseley is owed any money.

In 2010, O'Donnell scored a stunning upset in the GOP primary but was later defeated in the general election by Democrat Chris Coons.
