Bomb Threat at Smyrna High Forces Evacuation

school website

A bomb threat forced the evacuation of Smyrna High School yesterday.

Students boarded buses to go home while staff and those students who do not use the bus were sent to the middle school.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that police search the buildings and found no threat allowing the facility to be deemed safe.

The bomb threat forced the closure of Duck Creek Parkway that stretches from the high school to the middle school.
