Beware of Traffic and Weather This Thanksgiving

creative commons

This Thanksgiving expect to see some rain and wind before the holiday is all over.

If you’re traveling on Wednesday there should be delays as a powerful storm is about to bring more snow, rain and wind to the Northeast.

On Tuesday night Delmarva expects some sogginess and cold with 1.5 inches of rain and the lows dropping below freezing by Wednesday.

The storm is expected to hit some of the nation’s biggest airports including LaGuardia, Newark Liberty and Philadelphia.

Some expect this to be the busiest air travel day in seven years.

By Thanksgiving morning the storm is expected to have moved out but will leave behind cold temperatures and chilly winds -- especially in the Northeast.
