Techmer PM is a Tennessee-based company that makes thermoplastic resins.
And, it plans on moving it Pennsylvania plant to New Castle.
Meanwhile, the Wilmington News Journal reports that a new manufacturing plant will be built by the Delaware based company behind the Mishimoto Automotive brand of aftermarket performance cooling products.
Both these developments could mean as many as a 100 new positions.
New Castle Mayor Don Reese told the paper that the new jobs would make up for those that disappeared when the Five Below distribution center moved to New Jersey.
