ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - The Board of Public Works is scheduled to take up a tidal wetlands license application for a Kent Island housing development.

The board is set to consider the proposal at its Wednesday meeting.

It's the second time the matter has come before the board, which previously rejected the proposal due to environmental concerns.

The Maryland Court of Appeals concluded the board based its decision on factors outside the scope of its authority and sent the matter back to the board.
