A report finds that most public schools in Delaware are complying with state laws aimed at holding educator responsible for reporting incidents of bullying to parents and state officials.

But the audit by the state Department of Education found that fewer than half of the state’s charter schools have adopted the cyber bullying policy such as the Academy of Dover Public Charter School.

In addition, the audit found that school like Milford Middle and Seaford High reported less than 70 percent of bullying incidents to the state.
