SELBYVILLE, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say a woman has been shot in the head in Selbyville.
Troopers responding to a 911 call at about 3:20 a.m. Tuesday found the victim sitting outside a car in front of a home on Hosier Street. She was flown to Christiana Medical Center, where police say she is in critical condition.
Troopers say an 18-year-old man has been taken into custody, but no one has been charged in the crime.
