SALISBURY, Md. (AP) - Police have charged a Salisbury woman they say struck her fiance with a frying pan.

The Daily Times of Salisbury  reports that authorities have arrested 32-year-old Kiesha Latasha Lee on charges including first-degree assault, reckless endangerment and use of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.

Charging documents state that the incident took place Saturday night after Lee and her fiance got into an argument. State police say Lee grabbed the frying pan and struck her fiance across the face. Court filings state that her fiance sustained a loose front tooth as a result of the incident.

Lee was later released on a $50,000 bond from the Wicomico County detention center. It's unclear if she has an attorney.
