Wi Hi Student Arrested After Threatening to Blow Up School

A student at Wicomico High School is facing charges after she threatened to blow up the school.

The charges arise out of an argument between 18 year old Jy’Asia Bronte Lee Oney and Principal Don Brady on October 6th.

Brady called in County Sheriff’s after she disappeared into the school.

Eventually, they found her and after a confrontation was arrested.

The student was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center for an emergency evaluation.

She faces charges that include threatening arson and disorderly conduct among other counts.
