The owners of WBOC-TV and FM say they have a deal to buy four Mid-Shore radio stations.

They include WAAI-FM which features country music and WTDK-FM which plays oldies.

The other two are WCEM-FM which is formatted with adult contemporary and WCEM-AM which features standards and talk radio.

Craig Jahelka, president of Draper Media which owns WBOC, told the Salisbury Daily Times that the purchase of the stations is part of a commitment to the Delmarva Peninsula.

The paper reports that the deal should be completed by the end of the first quarter of this year.
