Vice President Joe Biden praised the next generation during his commencement address at Delaware State University over the weekend.
He told the students that they were “the most tolerant, talented and technologically-advanced generation” in the country’s history.
But he also urged them to remember where they came from and to remember those who did not have the same opportunities.
Students told WBOC that this was a commencement address that they would not soon forget.
There were around 700 graduates for the university’s 125 anniversary.
