BALTIMORE (AP) - Vice President Joe Biden used a visit to Baltimore to talk about the need to invest in infrastructure.
The vice president highlighted a $10 million grant to the Port of Baltimore during a visit on Monday.
The grant is expected to help improve the port's productivity by widening the channel. It also will increase the port's cargo storage capacity.
Biden said the grant is just the latest example of federal investments to better enable the nation's manufacturers to get their products around the world, Vice President Joe Biden said Monday.
Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx also attended, along with Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley.
