An inmate at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center has been diagnosed with tuberculosis.
He has been taken to a local hospital and kept in isolation
Meanwhile, WBOC reports that the Department of Correction says it has identified those who came into contact with the prisoner.
And, they will provide the appropriate care.
The Department of Correction is working with the Department of Health to deal with the potential outbreak.
