CAPE CHARLES, Va. (AP) - Two fishermen have been rescued after their boat sank off Virginia's Eastern Shore.

Officials say 64-year-old Bonatacio Montalvo and 27-year-old Jose Rosales were taken to a hospital for treatment of hypothermia after the Coast Guard rescued them Sunday morning.

A third fisherman, Eduardo Montalvo, swam to shore and called 911 after the boat sank around 3:25 a.m. Sunday. He declined medical treatment.

The boat sank 2 miles off the coast of Kiptopeke State Park in Cape Charles.
