Truman and the Music Reviewer: Presidential Election Series

President Harry Truman came to the oval office after the death of President Franklin Roosevelt, and went onto to upset the pundits in 1948 by winning a term in his own right. However, as Delmarva Public Radio's Dick Rosse recalls, his scrappiest moment had nothing to do with the affairs of state.

Don Rush is the News Director and Senior Producer of News and Public Affairs at Delmarva Public Media. An award-winning journalist, Don reports major local issues of the day, from sea level rise, to urban development, to the changing demographics of Delmarva.
