Thousands Attend Brandywine Arts Festival

Thousands flocked to this weekend’s 54th Annual Brandywine Festival of the Arts.

The two day festival saw more than 200 arts crafts and food vendors.

They came from around 18 states.

But there have been a number of changes this year including a food court and the sale of alcoholic beverages.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that rain had threatened the festival over the weekend but attendance, it said, topped 10-thousand on Sunday.
