Some Gas Prices Dip Below $3.00 A Gallon

Don Rush

With the summer over there’s good news on gas front.

The price of a gallon of gas has dropped below the $3 mark at some Lower Shore gas stations.

Over the last month the price of a gallon of gas has declined by 21 cents.

If the trend continues it could find gas prices 40 cents lower.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that there has been a sell-off of crude oil which is expected to push down the November delivery wholesale prices in the U.S.

AAA Mid-Atlantic says the decline is usual for this time of year with the transition to cooler weather.
