Salisbury City Employees To Get Pay Hike Next Year

Don Rush

Salisbury's nearly 400 city employees will be getting a pay increase in January.

The city council approved a measure that will take savings from a previous budget for the pay hikes.

The vote comes after a $40-thousand study by Evergreen Solutions LLC that found 80 percent of city employees earn less than the mid-point of their pay ranges.
