The Salisbury Daily Times reports that a group of out-of-town investors has bought the property according to a Remax Crossroads Real Estate agent in Salisbury.
The price of the property was $20-thousand.
That was far below the $49-thousand asking price.
The sale came with the promise that the investors would not lease the property back to the former owners of the adult entertainment business.
The adult store was subject to a sunset ordinance that would have required it to move to another location within two years.
