The human remains found in a shallow grave near East New Market have been identified as that of 40-year old Radames Guzman.

His death has been ruled suspicious.

Guzman was reported missing on August 5th to the Delaware State Police after family members had not heard from him for three days.

He was found by someone who was walking in a wooded rural area off Red Hill Road in Dorchester County.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that a relative of Guzman contacted police after the remains were found.

Police are now interviewing his relatives, friends and associates to discover what happened to him.
