President Donald Trump visits storm ravaged Puerto Rico today after trading insults with the Mayor of San Juan. Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush spoke with former Wilmington City Council member Demetrio Ortega Junior who was on the island when Hurricane Maria struck about the president's trip and experiencing the storm first hand.
