Princess Anne town commissioner Lionel Frederick is set to show up in court today to face four counts of second-degree assault.

The charges against the 23-year old stem from two different criminal cases.

One incident involved allegations that Frederick assaulted Marquis Cotton with mace and chased him with his van on September 21st.

In addition, since late October Frederick has been facing allegations that he assaulted Terrell Hayman on either September 19th or 20th.

Hayman alleges that Frederick tried to run him and a friend down three times.

Meanwhile, Frederick has filed charges against Cotton Hayman and Brandon Deshields involving theft, arson and assault.
