Price of Gasoline Down Significantly

The price of a gallon of gas has been dropping this past month.

In Salisbury it’s declined by 20 cent compared to a month ago.

The AAA Mid Atlantic says by Friday of last week the average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gas in the city was $3.35.

That’s down from $3.55 a month ago.

Last week it only dropped by a penny.

Delaware

Meanwhile, motorists in Delaware were paying 2 cents less at the pump than a week ago.

The motoring group said that in Delaware the average for a gallon of regular unleaded gas was $3.35 per gallon.

That’s 18 cents less than a year ago.

The price of gas in the First State was 11 cents less than the national average.
