President Obama Comes to Delaware

all-free-download.com

President Obama will be making a stop in Delaware at the I-495 bridge that has been closed for repairs after its support columns were found to be tilting.

The president’s trip is to highlight his effort to get more private sector investment in the country’s infrastructure.

Governor Jack Markell will also appear with the president.

The federal government is paying for part of the repairs on the bridge which state official ordered closed on an emergency basis.

Inspectors found no major problems with the bridge itself.

State officials believe that the damage was done when a contractor without their knowledge dumped a large mountain of dirt next to the bridge causing the ground to shift underneath.
