Power Restored in Rehoboth Beach

Power has been restored to some 14-hundred customers of Delaware Electric Cooperative in Rehoboth Beach after two utility power collapsed.

It occurred around 7:40 p.m. last night on Old Landing Road.

The Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Department said a tractor and it trailer became disconnected hitting two poles and knocking them down.

There were no injuries and both poles were replaced.
