The race for the 31st Representative seat in Delaware will have one less candidate.
Dover attorney Ron Poliquin intends to take his name out of the running after being hit with a recent court disciplinary action and the revelation that he abused prescription drugs.
Kent County GOP chairman Hans Reigle told the Wilmington News Journal that he talked with Poliquin about his decision this morning and agreed.
It was revealed yesterday that Poliquin was suspended from practicing law for six months after a Supreme Court disciplinary panel decided he had violated several rules of professional conduct.
