Police Search for Suspect in Home Invasion Death in Salisbury

creative commons

In Salisbury, 72-year old Donald Mariner who lived on Pemberton Drive was found dead at his home yesterday while another man who police did not identify for safety reasons was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center.

Police say the injured man told authorizes that he was hit with a blunt object but the Salisbury Daily Times reports that it is unclear what was used in to cause Mariner’s death.

In what appears to be a home invasion authorities say they are seeking a suspect described as a black male who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
