The Plaza Tapatia Mexican restaurant in the southern part of Salisbury is coming down.
Demolition began yesterday on the Route 13 location near Salisbury University.
In its place will be a new Royal Farms.
WBOC reports that the new 52-hundred square foot facility is expected to be completed within the next seven months.
When completed the station will have eight gas pumps.
